Computer controlled with Negative delta V (-V) cut of detection. LED blinks when charging defective cells. With safety standards AC/DC Adaptor of U/L, CSA, and CE.

LED light changes to green when charge is completed & automatically switches over to trickle charge mode. LED red light flashing indicates the battery is defective and charger will stop charging specific cell.
